Inward Reach Outward Outward Quest™ (IROQ) is a strategically crafted course and coaching program designed to empower students to make a positive impact in their communities by “reaching inward” to explore their sense of purpose and “questing outward” to align their talents and interests with a pressing local or global need.

IROQ is guided by a proprietary 5 part SPARK Curriculum Framework.
